4R Consulting is being founded by Golam Rabbany Hiru in 2015 to supplement the economic goal of Bangladesh to be the world’s developed country by 2041. 4R Consulting is one of the top Bangladeshi consulting companies.

At that time Bangladesh had started to make headlines as one of the up and coming emerging markets and many foreign investors were for the first time getting interested in exploring investment opportunities here.
